This forum originally focused on OPCA, Olivopontocerebellar atrophy. This refers to a group of ataxias (listed at top of page) characterized by progressive neurological degeneration affecting the cerebellum, the pons and the inferior olives (all parts of the brain). However, we welcome everyone with any type of Ataxia to this forum!
